Overview

The H3T was the pickup variant of the smallest Hummer, built at GM's Shreveport plant on the modified GMT355 underpinnings shared with the Chevrolet Colorado. A two-door concept appeared in 2003-04, and the production four-door crew cab made its debut at the 2008 Chicago Auto Show.

It had a 5-foot bed with built-in storage boxes and was offered in H3T, Adventure, Luxury and Alpha packages. Power came from the 3.7-liter five-cylinder or the 5.3-liter V8 (300 hp) in the Alpha.

GM announced the end of Hummer in February 2010; the last H3T was built on May 24, 2010 after a rental-fleet order. Calendar-year sales totalled 2,738 for 2008-2009.
